We are absolutely stoked with our new fireplace, so so happy. Customer service, delivery to our door and the quality of this fireplace was excellent! Me and my partner assembled it in a couple of hours, very straight forward .... Really like the pivoting grill add on and it fits our bakerstone pizza oven box perfectly! We found you guys on trademe and the reason we bought your fire place over the other brands was your price was way way better and that it came
as a kitset.

"Your levels of service and support have been brilliant. Your service, installation instructions, and door-to-door delivery have all been very user-friendly and easy to use. And the DIY installation was also done by myself, my wife, and my 15-year-old daughter. While some pieces were heavy, it was not difficult and certainly not impossible.We have recommended the outdoor fire, with cooking grill, to several other friends and more will see it over time as we entertain outside.

The fire arrived promptly and we were able to install it in time for the birthday. No problems with installation. It needed 2 people for most of it and an extra helper for the front chimney piece. It looks great!
We have had several fires and it makes the outdoor space look awesome. Nice and warm on a winter's night. Everyone who has seen it loves it! Your communication was also excellent!
